Ashley Nicole Carr, DC
Dr. Carr graduated with honors from Texas A&M University, and Parker University – College of Chiropractic. She has been in practice for 7 years, but recently opened Foundation Chiropractic to pursue her desire to own and run a clinic with a focus on helping people who have pain due to the posture required for their career, hobbies, and today’s technology. Dr. Carr has a passion to help people restore better function in their bodies by aiding in creating a better structural foundation.
Dr. Carr and her husband, Ryan, are residents of Mansfield with their 2 daughters, ages 2 and 5, and their two dogs. Dr. Carr is currently an Ambassador in the Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce, and was recently elected President to the Kiwanis Club of Mansfield. She and her husband grew up in a small town, and have always desired to live in a bigger city with a small town feel. They are excited to become an integral part of the community as Mansfield has proven to be the city of their dreams!
Alicia Bergman, LMT
Alicia finished a rigorous massage therapy program at Institute of Bodywork Studies located in Flower Mound, Texas and specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, End-of-Life/Hospice Massage, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Assisted Stretch Sessions. As massage therapy is her passion, Alicia continues to add to her qualifications with continued education regularly.
Alicia lives with her husband and 3 children in Euless. Alicia is a member of the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals and volunteers with Rescue Her, a local anti-human trafficking non profit organization. In her free time, Alicia enjoys reading, crafting, art museums, traveling, roller skating and hiking.
